Bend + Brew at Downtown Boxing Gym Aug. 27

Beer, yoga and music will collide for a cause when Detroit’s own Bend + Brew begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27 at Downtown Boxing Gym, 6445 E. Vernor Hwy, Detroit. All those 21 and over are welcome to practice yoga, co-led by Sam Arin from Center for Yoga and Dennis Blender. The hour long class is meant to relax your mind and strengthen your body while music by Cooper Anstett inspires all participating.

At noon, join the community to enjoy a beer from Perrin Brewing Company and snacks from Team Schostak Family Restaurants' Del Taco and Avalon Bakery.
