Hop Cat Detroit has great events planned for the month of May, starting with Cinco De Mayo.
May 5th is Cinco De Mayo and HopCat Detroit will be celebrating with beer and food!
Featuring:
  • Right Brain Firestarter Chipotle Porter & Cheboygan La Cerveza Mexican-Bohemian Pilsner.
Also featuring:
Rollos de Huevo - Tex-Mex egg rolls, filled with chorizo, corn, Mexican blend cheese, tomatoes, rice, and corn. Served with out Sriracha Lime Ranch.

Celebrating American Craft Beer Week by featuring a different brewery everyday.

  • Welcoming Beer: East Village Pilsner – 5.3% - Czech-Style Pilsner

1st Course: 30th Street Pale Ale – 6% - American Pale Ale
Paired with: California-Style Avocado spring rolls served with Hella Sweet Soy Sauce.

2nd Course: West Coast IPA – 8.1% - Imperial IPA
Paired with: Tipsy Tequila Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos with Avocado, Tri-Pepper Cole Slaw, and Cilantro-Lime Sour Cream.

3rd Course: Hop Head Red – 8.1% - American Imperial Amber Ale
Paired with: Sweet! Dude!! Chicken Stir Fry in a Sweet & Spicy sauce served over a bed of Quinoa.

4th Course: Silva Stout – 10.1% BA Imperial Stout
Paired with: HopCat House-made Dark Cherry Gelato with Silva Stout Chocolate Covered Cherries.
