Dive Into Summer at Bastone Brewery With Their New Summer Menu

Keith Martin, mixologist has been hard at work creating a fresh summer cocktail menu and Chef Robert Young, created two menus - the Summer Lunch and Burger and a Brew menu for Bastone’s to help you dive into summer.
The new menu consists of summer Lunch, Burger & Brew and Summer Cocktails will fill your belly and raise your spirits. Sunblock is optional. Stop in soon these culinary delights will only be available until Labor Day, Sept 7, 2015.

Summer Lunch From savory to sweets, the new summer lunch menu will have you begging for more:

  • Fish Tacos – Lightly breaded Chilean sea bass, pickled vegetable slaw, lime sour cream, salsa verde and champagne dressed arugula for $12.95
  • Tuna Melt – Ahi tuna, red onion, artichokes, Kalamata olives, toasted English muffin, Havarti dill and fresh fruit for $12.95
  • Chicken Curry – Pan seared chicken breast, fire roasted bell peppers, coconut curry cream and saffron rice for $12.95
  • Vegetable Crepes – Roasted vegetables, artichokes, fire roasted tomato sauce, herbed goat cheese and fresh green salad for $10.95
  • S’more Pie – Nutella, milk chocolate and roasted marshmallow for $4.95
Burger & Brew

(available 4 p.m. – close, Sunday - Thursday) Bastone’s annual salute to the burger returns with these creative twists, price includes a pint of beer:

  • Buffalo - Buffalo burger, cherry tomato relish, herbed goat cheese, lettuce and tomato for $14.95
  • Piedmontese Beef – Piedmontese beef, prosciutto, roasted bell peppers, lettuce, tomato and feta for $14.95
  • Turkey – Ground turkey blended with sundried tomato and tarragon pesto, avocado, lettuce, tomato and Muenster cheese for $14.95
  • Black Bean – Black bean patty with quinoa and flax seed, pickled vegetables, lettuce, tomato and pepper jack cheese for $14.96
  • Salmon – Poached salmon, Yukon gold potatoes and dill sweet corn, lightly breaded and baked, roasted fennel, chipotle aioli, lettuce and tomato for $14.95
Summer Cocktails

Grab a refreshing drink to beat the heat, named with a creative twist that just might make you busta laugh:

  • Busta Limes – Watermelon infused vodka, mint, lime juice, cranberry and lemon-lime soda for $9
  • Germaine Jackson – Raspberry hibiscus infused gin, St. Germaine and lime for $9
  • Mint Romney – Cucumber mint infused rum, ginger beer and house made pepper syrup for $9
  • Rhubarbra Bush – Strawberry infused tequila, lemon juice, soda and house made rhubarb bitters for $9
  • Slim Shandy – Bastone Witface ale, peach liqueur, lemonade and sage for $9
  • Ernest Lemonway – Strawberry basil infused bourbon, tropical red bull and lemonade for $9
