
The Events:
September 12 - Start 6pm
Make an Octoberfest style beer, and talk about basic brewing.
October 10 - Start 6pm
Make an IPA with fresh hops, talk about sanitizing and cleanliness.
November 14 - Start 6pm
Make chocolate porter, and talk about yeast and fermentation.
December 12 - Start 6pm
Make a holiday style beer (spice and such), talk about bottling.
January 9 - Start 6pm
Create a recipe and make it, talk about recipe formulation.
These are all second Thursdays, start time 6pm finish by 7pm (probably sooner). We will be able to drink the beer from the previous class. All participants will get the Beer Hound discount the night of the class.
