- Three Little Birds featuring roasted quail stuffed with fig and foie gras, chicken ballotine, duck sausage, butternut squash puree, roasted Brussels sprouts
- Filet of Beef with potato gratin, morel mushroom cream, grilled asparagus, black truffle butter
- Barley Risotto with chanterelle mushrooms, Tuscan kale, balsamic cream, roasted pine nuts
