Ellison Beer and Ribs Pairing at REO Town Pub
The January pairing was pushed back to the first week of February. The first pairing event of the year will take place February 6th at REO Town Pub where we will sample smoked ribs made from Saddleback BBQ and paired with beers from Ellison Brewery.
