Oktoberfest Dinner & Brew Cruise on MI Princess

Cedar Springs Brewing Company, a German-inspiredrestaurant and brewery, is pleased to announce they will be hosting a new local Farmers Market on Thursday mornings starting on June 8. CSBrew Farmers Market, running from8AM to12PM weekly, will offer fresh, seasonal produce from local area farmers to everyone in the community.

CEDAR SPRINGS BREWING COMPANY is pleased and humbled to announce KÜSTERER HELLER WEISSBIER is the recipient of the gold medal in the “South German Style Hefeweizen” category and KÜSTERER WEIZENBOCK is the recipient of the gold medal in the “South German Style Wheat Ale” category at the 2017 Los Angeles International Commercial Beer Competition, held this past week in Los Angeles, California.

Cedar Springs Brewing Company recently held it’s grand opening in mid-November. The brewery had been in development for a few years by Dave Ringler (“Director of Happiness”,) and finally broke ground for new construction in late 2014. Construction of the building wrapped up in 2015 which included the installation of a new 15 barrel brew house. Professional brewer Matt Peterson also joined the team at Cedar Spring Brewing Company who most recently brewed for Schlafly Brewery and Bottleworks in St. Louis, MO. Also joining Cedar Springs Brewing Company at the new location is Coldbreak Brewing Equipment homebrew supply store.
