Grey Line Brewing Co. Is A Welcome Addition To Beer City

Grand Rapids has earned the title Beer City, and with another new brewery located at 1727 Alpine Avenue NW called Grey Line Brewing Co., that title is secure. This will be the ninth brewery located in the city limits of Grand Rapids. With two more opening later this summer (Harmony Hall and New Holland satellite location), I see them keeping the Beer City title for a long time.

Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales Is Excited To Open A New Brewery In Midtown This April
Written by Paul StarrRon Jeffries is the president, co-founder and master brewer of Northern United Brewing Company’s Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, and a collaborator for North Peak Brewing Company. Jeffries began studying and experimenting with brewing in the early 90s, always with an eye towards opening his own brewery. With a special interest in rustic country ales, he launched his professional brewing career in 1995, and quickly became known as an innovative and respected member of Michigan’s emerging craft beer scene.

Michigan Beers Are Listed In RateBeer's Annual Top 100 Beer List

This is heavy competition for any brewer, and something for which so many strive for. Second, they also came out with the best India Pale Ale in the world. Hint; It is a Michigan brewery.

Rochester Mills Begins Craft Beer Distribution in Florida

Rochester Mills Production Brewery is pleased to announce it has begun distributing select beers from its portfolio in Florida by partnering with Gold Coast Eagle Distributing Company and Pepin Distributing who will represent the company’s brands in the Sarasota and Tampa marketplaces, respectively.
