We are excited about this new project for a few reasons. Any small business venture in our city is a good one, especially if it involves brewing and beer! Also, since the demise of Michigan Brewing Company, it has been a challenge for local brewers to gather the supplies they need. "That's How We Brew" will be located right across from Jet's Pizza by Frandor so the location is a can't miss; it will be close and convenient for folks all across the Lansing area. Finally, one of their goals is to start a new home-brew club in Lansing. This will give all the industrious Howling Hounds out there a chance to hook up with other home brewers and share ideas, recipes, and techniques.
