I'm a Beer Hound 2 Year Anniversary Dinner at Soup Spoon Cafe

It's been two whole years since we started the Beer Hound journey, and we are proud to have become one of the leading promoters of all things Michigan Beer. With the help of our sponsors, staff, and loyal social-media following, we have been able to actively and consistently participate in Michigan beer festivals, become close friends with a large number of brewers throughout the state, attend exclusive beer dinners, hold some fantastic events of our own, and generally get to meet lots of great people who love beer. It hasn't always been easy, but we are thrilled with how the project has grown and are very excited for what the future holds, including the soon to be launched Beer Hound Membership Card.
Junkyard Dog - Black Walnut Milk Stout On Wednesday, December 12th at 7:00 PM, we will be pairing with The Soup Spoon Cafe in Lansing to hold an exclusive beer dinner commemorating our 2nd Anniversary. Nick and his incredible staff hosted our first anniversary dinner and have been instrumental in helping promote and grow the Beer Hound brand, so it is only fitting to return there for what promises to be another fantastic night of great food, beer, and company.

Tickets for the event are $40 and include a four course meal each to be paired with a different seasonal Michigan beer. Each ticket purchased also includes entry into a prize drawing for a bottle of our recent collaboration beer, the Junkyard Dog Black Walnut Milk Stout, with the new Gearhead Brewing Company in Haslett. 


The Menu:
  • 1st course: New Holland, Pilgrims Dole Paired with Shrimp App
  • 2nd course: Shorts - Good Humans Paired with Beer Cheese Soup
  • 3rd course: Greenbush - Dune Gras paired with Chicken Curry
  • 4th course: Arbor - Espresso Love paired with Mocha Cheesecake
